Abstract
Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) has many benefits, but one of the part of moringa plant has a teratogenic effect, it is on the root. It needs evidence to test the level of moringa root teratogenic toward the organism that is sensitive to the teratogen material. In this research, the organism that used was the mouse (Mus musculus L.). The problems in this research does the root of moringa (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) affect the mouse fetus (Mus musculus L.) The method that used in this research was the experiment method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 4 treatments and 6 replication. The results showed extracting of moringa root (Moringa oleifera L.) in various concentrations (10%, 20% and 30%) affect the mouse fetus (Mus musculus L.) significantly, they are hemorrhage and the hunched body. It saw from the results of variance analysis (Anava) fetus that the significance of hemorrhage 0.015 > α 0.05 and for significance of hunched body 0.00 2 > α 0.05. So it can be concluded the extract of moringa root affects toward the mouse fetus significantly.

ABSTRAK
Kelor (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) mempunyai banyak manfaat, tetapi salah satu bagian tanaman kelor mempunyai efek teratogenik yaitu pada akarnya. Perlu dilakukan pembuktian untuk menguji tingkat teratogenik akar kelor terhadap organisme yang sensitif dengan material teratogen. Pada penelitian ini organisme yang digunakan adalah mencit (Mus musculus L.). Masalah dalam penelitian ini apakah akar kelor (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) berpengaruh terhadap fetus mencit (Mus musculus). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan pemberian ekstrak akar kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) dalam berbagai konsentrasi (10%, 20% dan 30%) berpengaruh nyata terhadap fetus mencit (Mus musculus L.) yaitu hemoragi dan tubuh bongkok. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil analisis varian (Anava) fetus yang hemoragi signifikansinya 0,015 > α 0,05 dan untuk tubuh bongkok signifikansinya 0,002 > α 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak akar kelor dapat berpengaruh nyata terhadap fetus mencit.

Abstract

 

The background of this research by the teachers teaching pattern in delivering material in classroom was conventional that has effect to the low students achievement score in Biology subject. Whereas to increase students achievement score was the duty and responsibility of the teachers. In this case applying project-based learning and problems-based learning was one of alternative to increase students achievement score. Both of them have proven increasing students achievement score even if it was applied together in teaching material to support independent learning concept, i.e. module. The objective of the study was to find out the differences between students achievement score was taught using project-based learning and problems-based learning with module in ecosystem material at Public Senior High School 1 Jejawi. The hypotheses in this research, guess that any difference at students achievement score which taught using project-based learning and problems-based learning with module in ecosystem material at State of Senior High School 1 Jejawi. This research used quasi experimental method. Based on the result of independent sample t-test belong from post-test both of class got match-t 2,546 > t-table 1,9917, it means that applying problems-based learning is different with project-based learning. In conlusion, there were differences students achievement score between project-based learning and problems-based learning with module in ecosystem material at State of Senior High School 1 Jejawi.
